You will be informed before a service is provided, of its cost.


When booking appointments the more information that you provide about your concerns or needs to the receptionist, will help her find you an appropriate timely scheduled visit. Please be aware that I may not be able to address every concern at one visit and some issues may require a step-wise multi visit process.


Prescription medication renewals by fax - please be aware that it may take up to 5 business days (not including weekends) to process a fax prescription request.


Please refrain from calling to renew a medication, please have your pharmacy fax the clinic. This reduces the risk of medication communication errors.


You may leave messages for me with the staff. Please give me 2-5 days to reply.


If you wish to have copies of medical reports, labwork, etc, I would be happy to provide these at the time of your clinic visit.


Our walk in clinics have the shortest wait times on Monday-Thursday evenings. Friday night and the weekends have longer waiting times.
